Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Lead and support pharmacy team during bench shifts as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
• Provide immunizations and patient care in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Assist in managing inventory, safety, and workflow to optimize patient experiences.
