SBH Health System seeks an experienced Outpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead clinical and operational activities, review medications for appropriateness, supervise staff, and ensure policy compliance. The role requires NY pharmacist licensure and a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with strong clinical judgment.

Candidates should have meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• New York State Pharmacist License and current registration.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute and competent computer skills.
• Excellent mathematical ability, attention to detail, concentration and alertness.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work with good time management.
• Professional and respectful oral communication with staff, patients, vendors, and affiliates.
• Aptitude to multi-task, work independently, and contribute to teamwork.
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Open to training and providing/receiving instructions.
