Job summary

Signature Health Inc. is seeking a Manager, Pharmacy to lead the outpatient pharmacy team and ensure high-quality patient care.

Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy, you will oversee daily operations, compliance, and performance coaching while upholding all policies and regulatory requirements. You will perform pharmacist duties, supervise staff, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid unencumbered Ohio pharmacist license required.
• 5+ years pharmacy experience with 3+ years supervising.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited university; MS/MBA/PharmD preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Pharmacy team.
• Coach and develop team members; manage annual reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Signature Health policies and laws.
• Lead meetings and process-improvement initiatives.
• Perform pharmacist duties including accurate prescription review.
• Serve as site escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Recruit, hire, and train site-based staff.
• Provide effective patient counseling and education.
• Maintain inventory and oversee ordering/receiving.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient care.
