Soliant is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead home infusion operations in Lenexa, KS. The ideal candidate holds an active Kansas Pharmacist license, proven PIC leadership, and strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and best practices.

Qualificações

• Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials and eligibility to practice in Kansas.
• Proven experience as Pharmacist in Charge, preferably in home infusion settings.
• Strong leadership skills with a background in pharmacy management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily pharmacy operations with a focus on home infusion services
• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of service and accuracy
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
• Maintain inventory control and oversee procurement of pharmaceutical supplies
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy workflow and patient safety
