PromptCare Companies is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacist in Lenexa, KS for part-time, flexible hours (Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm CST). You will review charts, coordinate with physicians and nurses, and supervise staff in sterile compounding to ensure safe, effective infusion therapies.

Ideal candidates hold a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy with an active Kansas license, and have hospital/home infusion experience, dosing accuracy, and knowledge of infusion therapies.

Formación

• Requires a B.S. or PharmD and an active Kansas license.
• Experience in hospital and home infusion therapy is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of infusion therapies and dosing calculations.
• Experience with inventory management is preferred.
• CPR+ software familiarity is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Review patient charts and orders for infusion therapy suitability.
• Assess therapeutic appropriateness, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate with physicians and nurses.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in sterile compounding and labeling.
• Assist in training staff and ongoing education programs.
• May require multi-state licensure for service areas.
