Job summary

Pharmacy Manager – Home Infusion role available in Greater Macon, GA. This onsite leadership position oversees daily infusion pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, staff management, and patient care with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a home infusion pharmacy background and strong leadership, ready to optimize operations while maintaining high standards of patient safety. Compensation includes a strong base salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Pharmacist license or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years of home infusion pharmacy experience.
• Experience as Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy Supervisor, or PIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily home infusion pharmacy operations and ensure safe workflows.
• Lead preparation, verification, and dispensing of infusion medications.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
• Manage inventory, storage, handling and documentation.
• Mentor and develop pharmacy staff while ensuring accountability.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient therapy.
• Provide medication therapy management and patient counseling.
• Maintain pharmacy records and prepare for inspections and audits.
• Implement quality assurance and drive operational improvements.
• Serve as primary on-site pharmacy leader.
