Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD with active licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of acute-care experience or 1 year in home infusion.
• Licensed pharmacist in the state of employment.
• Experience with IV therapy is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and staff supervision.
• Direct drug preparation, sterile products, dispensing and clinical services.
• Coordinate with nursing, customer service and distribution for referrals/admissions.
• Review patient orders and ensure safe and effective drug therapy in home infusion.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Participate in QA activities and process improvements.
