Qualifications

• B.S. or PharmD from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required.
• Hospital experience is required.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• 1 year of hospital experience required; residency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sterile compounding program and IV room operations.
• Ensure compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate daily workflow in the IV cleanroom and CSP preparation.
• Support regulatory surveys, inspections, and internal audits.
• Train and oversee pharmacy staff involved in sterile compounding.
