Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacy Manager or act as proxy when needed to lead the pharmacy team.
• Ensure safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices with patient safety as a priority.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, schedule creation, and daily duties to support patient care.
• Deliver immunizations and coach technicians to expand immunization services.
• Maintain compliance with state and CVS Health policies and regulatory requirements.
