Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in education or closely-related field or ABD with defense scheduled.
• At least two years of relevant K-12 learner-centered teaching experience.
• Experience teaching PETE courses and program management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach professional-level courses and prepare instructional materials.
• Lead the Physical Education Teacher Education Program, including scheduling and staffing.
• Coordinate clinical experiences and recruit students.
• Engage in scholarly activities and research related to PETE.
• Provide service to the school, university, and community; participate in accreditation.
