Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a dynamic Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers, drive client results, and shape fitness outcomes in the community. You will mentor staff, sustain high standards, and model our DRIVE values in every interaction.

You’ll conduct initial assessments and reassessments, design and lead individual and small-group sessions, support sales goals, and drive local marketing initiatives to grow the business while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions

Lead Personal Trainer

Compensation: $35 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
