GYMGUYZ is seeking a Lead Personal Trainer to coach and lead a team of mobile trainers delivering results at clients’ homes, offices, and community spaces. You’ll mentor peers, drive performance, and shape fitness solutions with a drive to advance the network.

The role emphasizes leadership, client outcomes, and program development within a flexible, growth-oriented environment, with potential for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values in every interaction.

Lead Personal Trainer

Compensation: $35 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
