Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers delivering exceptional client results. You will design and lead individual and small-group sessions, track client progress, and support sales and assessments.

Must have 3+ years of training/leadership, CPR/AED, and a recognized CPT credential. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic, mobile fitness environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Proven track record of client results and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
