Confidential Employer is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Case Management Team Lead in Philadelphia, full-time on-site. You will lead a team of case managers and support professionals, oversee caseloads, ensure deadlines, and collaborate with attorneys to move cases toward resolution.

The role requires 4+ years plaintiff-side PI experience and 1+ year leadership. You will mentor staff, improve workflows, and uphold high standards of client service in a collaborative legal environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• 1+ year of team leadership, supervisory, or case management team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury case management processes and workflows.
• Experience coordinating caseloads, deadlines, client communications, and legal documentation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach team members, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with attorneys.
• Experience improving legal case management workflows is a plus.
