Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases from litigation through resolution.
• Meet with clients, provide case updates, and build client relationships.
• Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies.
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers regarding settlements.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct depositions and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes.
