Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Prelitigation Paralegal or Case Manager.
• Experience handling a caseload of approx. 100 case files.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of 100 personal injury cases.
• Conduct 30-day calls with clients regarding treatment status.
• Independently review cases and conduct investigations.
• Complete Intro Call to client within 24 hours.
• Maintain and develop case files in the pre-litigation stage.
