The attorney will manage a team of 6-10 case managers with a focus on personal injury, primarily automotive. Ideal candidates hold a law degree, are admitted to the CT State Bar, and have 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience, plus strong writing and oral advocacy skills and

Qualifications

• Requires a law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active CT State Bar Association member in good standing.
• 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all litigation work.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements.
