Job summary

AltaMed Health Services in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Personal Care Attendant III to oversee PCA teams, ensuring alignment with orders from licensed providers and staff. You will report to the Center Manager and Nursing Supervisor when needed and play a key role in patient engagement and cost containment of supplies.

You will train, assign, and evaluate PCA staff, while supporting IDT discussions and participant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide certification is required.
• High school diploma or some college preferred.
• BLS certification or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all PCA work and ensure compliance with orders.
• Coordinate with Center Manager and Nursing Supervisor in absence of PCA Supervisor.
• Support PACE participants’ engagement in surveys, IDT discussions, and well-being.
