Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Load/Performance Lead Engineer in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). You will design and run advanced performance tests using LoadRunner or JMeter, lead data creation for load tests, and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable, secure delivery of complex systems.

You will guide performance engineering strategy, leverage AI to accelerate diagnosis, and report findings through established processes. Strong ownership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on performance testing/engineering experience.
• Ability to use monitoring/profiling tools such as Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, AppDynamics.

Responsibilities

• Design test cases, create performance test scripts and execute performance scenarios.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Use LoadRunner or JMeter to design and execute tests; lead data creation for load tests.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, infra and production support for defect triage and planning.
• Act as a Performance Engineering strategist and use AI to automate repetitive analyses.
