UST is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to design, execute, and analyze performance tests for enterprise applications and cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate combines deep LoadRunner expertise with strong AWS and Linux skills to identify bottlenecks and improve reliability.

Responsibilities include designing and executing tests using LoadRunner, diagnosing performance issues with Dynatrace, using AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda), scripting for automation, and documenting

Formación

5+ years of experience in performance testing with LoadRunner (mandatory).
Proficiency in Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and diagnostics.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda).
Basic to intermediate Linux skills, including shell scripting, system monitoring, and file management.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as C, Python, or Bash.

Responsabilidades

Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests using LoadRunner.
Monitor and diagnose performance issues using Dynatrace.
Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend remediation.
Work with AWS services to support test environments and performance analysis.
Develop scripts for test automation and data handling.
Document test plans, results, and findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and architecture teams.
