Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced Performance Testing/Engineering professional for large-scale enterprise applications in the United States. You will create and run performance tests using LoadRunner VuGen, design load models, and work with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk to analyze results and drive improvements.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, scripts, test plans, and comprehensive reports while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Performance Testing and/or Performance Engineering for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Proficient in LoadRunner VuGen 12.x or later with advanced scripting expertise.
• Hands-on experience developing performance test scripts using HTTP/HTML, Web Services, MQ and Java.
• Experience developing performance test strategies, test plans and workload models.
• Experience conducting non-functional testing (load, stress, endurance, scalability, capacity, resilience).
• Understanding of Java/JEE, .NET, distributed systems, and three-tier architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
