Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in agency or fast-paced brand/performance environments.
• Portfolio with paid-social and performance advertising work.
• Evidence of owning a recurring high-volume content program.
• Strong conceptual thinking and short-form writing mastery.
• Ability to connect performance insights to creative iterations.
• Highly organized and able to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Monthly Creative Engine: own always-on performance copy across key accounts.
• Multi-Format Execution: write channel-native copy for social, display, landing pages.
• Messaging Systems & Testing: build systems and test variations across audiences and funnels.
• Data-Informed Creative Iteration: refine based on performance data and learnings.
• End-to-End Delivery Management: manage calendars, feedback, and deadlines.
• Conceptual & Campaign Leadership: lead concepts with senior leadership on campaigns.
• Creative Advocacy: present and defend creative thinking internally and with clients.
