Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Performance Coach to lead Guides, coach sessions, and drive life-skills workshops across our K-12 network. This is a high-visibility, on-site role focused on building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and maintaining uncompromising standards. Relocation support is available for select campuses.

The position reports to campus leadership, requires a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) and 5+ years in education/leadership. Compensation is $200,000 USD/year with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field required and Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more and making hiring/termination decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children aged 5–14 in education/coaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
