Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate American manufacturing. We seek a Senior Leader for the Autonomous Factory Systems Perception team to define the technical roadmap, drive architecture, and push the state of the art in sensing, understanding, and acting in industrial environments.

You will shape perception pipelines, collaborate with hardware teams, and mentor engineers to raise the team’s capability while delivering reliable, scalable perception for real-time factory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering in computer vision, robotics perception, or autonomous systems.
• Expert-level 3D computer vision and perception knowledge applicable to industrial settings.
• Experience defining architecture and driving alignment across large teams.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technical roadmap for the Perception Team and surface dependencies early.
• Lead architecture of the perception pipeline: detection, tracking, 6-DoF pose estimation, scene understanding.
• Define integration surface between perception and motion planning, manipulation, control.
