Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Attack & Penetration Tester to join our global security team. You will plan, lead, and execute complex penetration tests and red team engagements across external and internal environments, including AD, cloud, APIs, web and mobile apps.

You’ll apply threat-informed testing aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and translate findings into practical remediation for clients. Ideal candidates will mentor junior testers, coordinate testing activities, and stay current on emerging adversary

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute penetration tests and advanced red team engagements within defined scopes.
• Identify, validate and exploit vulnerabilities across networks, AD, cloud, API, web and mobile environments.
• Translate testing results into clear, actionable risk and remediation guidance for technical and executive audiences.
• Lead technical workstreams, mentor junior team members, and contribute to methodology and capability development.
• Stay current on vulnerabilities, attacker techniques, and offensive security tooling.
