Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team in the United States. You will lead offensive security engagements, oversee delivery of reports, and mentor analysts to strengthen the team’s capabilities.

You will work across internet, intranet, web apps, cloud, and social engineering tests, guiding projects from planning to reporting while staying current with the latest attack techniques and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in pen testing or Master’s with 3-4+ years.
• Experience managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Manual attack and penetration testing experience.
• Managing Red Team or application penetration testing programs.
• Scripting knowledge in Python/PowerShell/Java/Perl.
• Up-to-date with exploits and security trends.
• Lead a technical team for remote/on-site testing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities to enterprise environments.
• Lead penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises.
• Oversee delivery of offensive security engagements and reports.
• Provide clear, concise, actionable reports to technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor analysts and foster a collaborative, trust-based culture.
• Stay current with threat trends and industry best practices.
• Represent EY at high-visibility industry events and conferences.
