Job summary

TBT Construction Services Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead high-complexity PEMB and steel projects in Columbia Station, OH. This full-time, onsite role involves driving from scheduling through final closeout and maintaining close client and crew coordination.

You will manage budgets, schedules, site safety, and field teams, mentor junior PMs, and coordinate with subcontractors to maximize profitability and quality on multi-million dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• Minimum 3 years in construction management; 8 years preferred.
• Deep PEMB knowledge, crane mobilization, and safety standards.
• Strong PM skills with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through completion, liaising with clients, crews, and subs.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and resource plans for efficiency.
• Direct field superintendents to meet milestones; audit safety and workmanship.
• Track expenditures and negotiate change orders to protect profitability.
• Oversee crane mobilization and PEMB/steel erection sequences.
• Manage final closeout, punch lists, warranties, and as-built docs.
