Qualifications

• Associate or 2-year technical degree.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of PEMB experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services meeting Builders' expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain milestone dates and timely communications with stakeholders.
• Mentor peers and collaborate across internal functions.
• Manage claims, change orders, and backlogs; ensure safety and zero defects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders and suppliers.
