Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with office equipment operation (cameras, printers, scanners).
• Ability to write reports and professional correspondence.
• Ability to read technical documents like blueprints and engineering plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving for client needs.
• Excellent verbal communication with customers and site visitors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Review CAD drawings, foundation plans and project specs.
• Schedule site preparation, foundation work and erection phases.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Work with sales to provide estimates and proposals.
• Manage contracts, permits, change orders and inspection reports.
• Monitor material orders and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Troubleshoot challenges and provide solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent service.
• Travel between multiple job sites and manage workloads.
