The Lead RN mentors clinical staff, participates in hiring and orientation, coordinates performance feedback, and collaborates with the Nurse Manager and Physician in Charge to support daily operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• CPN or national certification (ANCC) preferred.
• More than 1 year and up to 3 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs the essential functions of the RN in ambulatory care.
• Participates in interviewing and hiring clinical staff.
• Coordinates and monitors orientation of new clinical staff to meet 90 day goals.
• Oversees clinical staff to ensure adherence to policies and patient care standards.
• Monitors annual competencies for clinical staff.
• Serves as flow facilitator for timely patient care completion.
• Provides feedback via resources like call monitoring, audits, and EMR reviews.
• Collaborates with nurse/office manager to ensure professional behavior.
• Manages medication and vaccine processes in compliance with regulations.
• Participates in lead nurse meetings and shares information with staff.
