Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) seeks a Clinical PHP Manager to lead the inpatient PHP/IOP program and provide direct patient care in a safe, therapeutic milieu. You will oversee crisis intervention, group sessions, transportation coordination, discharge planning, and staff recruitment and training.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field, with 3+ years in inpatient psychiatry. LCPC or LCSW licensure is required; CADC preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’sDegree in Psychology, Sociology or any Human Health related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inpatient psychiatric hospital with children, adolescents and adults.
• Licensed LCPC or LCSW; CADC strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a safe and therapeutic milieu.
• Perform crisis intervention and facilitate group meetings.
• Coordinate patient transportation and assist with discharge planning.
• Recruitment and supervision of department staff; implement programs and training.
