Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) in Chicago is seeking a Clinical PHP Manager to lead a child/adolescent partial hospitalization program.

You will provide direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services, ensuring a safe milieu and coordinating discharge planning and transportation. The role requires a Master’s in psychology or related field, 3+ years in inpatient psychiatry, and LCPC/LCSW licensure with CADC preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology or any Human Health related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in inpatient psychiatric hospital with children, adolescents and adults.
• Licensure/Certification: LCPC or LCSW; CADC strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience: supervise a staff of at least 4 employees.
• Crisis intervention: verbal and physical techniques applicable.
• Group therapy delivery and progress notes documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu with crisis intervention.
• Coordinate patient transportation, discharge planning and recruitment.
• Implement programs, training and manage staff schedule.
