Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• BLS from the American Heart Association is required.
• Active RN license in the applicable state(s).
• Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or national cert. preferred.
• 1–3 years of clinical/leadership experience in ambulatory pediatrics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and direction to ambulatory staff.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring clinical staff.
• Coordinate and monitor orientation to achieve 90‑day goals.
• Ensure adherence to Nemours policies and patient care standards.
• Monitor annual competencies for clinical staff.
• Facilitate flow and timely completion of patient care tasks.
• Provide quantitative/qualitative feedback to staff via audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with Nurse/Office Manager on professional behavior and compliance.
• Manage medication and vaccine processes per regulations.
• Represent lead nurse in meetings and disseminate information to staff.
