Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Kansas seeks a BCBA to oversee and tailor ABA treatment plans, assess clients, and supervise RBTs. You will work closely with families and school teams to ensure comprehensive care that aligns with ethical and clinical standards.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA in good standing, a Master's in ABA or related field, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities for collaboration and program optimization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
