Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Washington (or in process).
• Minimum of five years of pediatric physical therapy experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience treating infants through adolescents in an outpatient pediatric setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for mentoring clinicians and contributing to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the PT team through mentorship, clinical guidance, and collaboration.
• Manage a caseload of pediatric outpatients with ~30–33 visits per week and 7–10 hours for documentation and leadership work.
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings with clinic management.
• Contribute to developing clinical systems, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement, therapist development, and strategic planning.
