Children's Therapy of Woodinville PLLC in Northwest King County is seeking a full-time Lead Pediatric Physical Therapist to guide a collaborative outpatient team and advance clinical programs.

You will mentor clinicians, manage a pediatric caseload (0–18), participate in leadership meetings, and help shape quality improvement and care strategies within a therapist-owned, family-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Washington.
• Minimum of five years of pediatric physical therapy experience.
• Experience mentoring or supervising clinicians preferred.
• Experience treating infants through adolescents in outpatient setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for mentoring clinicians and contributing to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Physical Therapy team through mentorship and clinical guidance.
• Manage a pediatric outpatient caseload (approximately 30 visits/week).
• Dedicate approximately 10 hours weekly to documentation and program development.
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings with clinic management.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement and strategic planning.
• Develop clinical systems, procedures, and best practices.
