Job summary
BrightSpring Health Services in Charlotte, North Carolina, is looking for Licensed Psychologists to lead ABA treatment for children with autism. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Psychologist (LP), LPA, or School Psychologist eligible for LPA licensure in North Carolina.
- Ability to review and interpret technical information and write technical materials.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to perform physical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine treatment approaches.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
- Educate and support parents in understanding ASD and behavioral strategies.
