Qualifikationen

• Must be a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) or School Psychologist eligible for LPA licensure in North Carolina
• Ability to interpret technical information, write materials, and communicate persuasively to implement actions
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and bending

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs
• Develop individualized BIPs with multidisciplinary teams to refine approaches
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to client needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in applying behavioral strategies at home
• Supervise RBTs and provide training to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Maintain detailed records and report client progress to stakeholders
