Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care of North Carolina is seeking Licensed Psychologists (LPs), LPAs, or School Psychologists to lead ABA-based treatment plans for children with ASD. You will work with 1:1 therapists and caregivers to design and implement evidence-based interventions, expand clinical impact, and provide ongoing supervision within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist (LP) or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) or School Psychologist eligible for LPA licensure in North Carolina.
• Ability to review and interpret technical information and write related materials; communicate persuasively to implement actions.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and emerging needs.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and direct support staff; provide training and feedback.
