Qualifications

• Two (2) years of switchboard experience.
• One (1) year supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all calls are handled in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Supervise PBX staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Interview, hire, schedule, conduct performance reviews, and provide open communication channels.
• Manage weekly/daily PBX operator schedules and staffing.
• Address guest complaints and take corrective action as necessary.
