VNS Health is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee weekly payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely compensation across the organization. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three onsite days per week, with collaboration across HR, Finance, and operations to uphold strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in payroll, 5+ years in supervisory roles, and hands-on experience with Kronos-UKG Ready, Workday, or Paypro in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience.
• 5+ years of payroll supervisory/management experience preferred.
• High-volume payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with Kronos-UKG Ready, Workday, Paypro or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly payroll processing and deadlines.
• Review payroll registers, audit reports and exception reports for accuracy.
• Oversee wages, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and direct deposits.
• Support audits and maintain payroll documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and operations on payroll insights.
