You will serve as the primary liaison between Workday and UKG, coordinate with ADP for tax filings, review off-cycle payments, and partner with HR and Benefits to keep data accurate and audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Candidate has relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payroll.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including supervision.
• Experience with Workday, UKG/Kronos, and ADP in a multi-site healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for 6,500+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise, train, and develop payroll staff.
• Act as the payroll liaison between Workday and UKG; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with ADP for tax filings and compliance reporting.
• Review off-cycle payments, adjustments, and manual checks.
• Partner with HR/Benefits to maintain accurate employee data and audit readiness.
