Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. seeks Head of Product for Payer Solutions to own the end-to-end strategy, drive an AI-first roadmap, and scale the payer product portfolio.

You will lead a cross-functional team of product managers, partner with engineering, data science, design, and clinical operations, and work with go-to-market leaders to grow revenue and market presence. The role requires proven experience launching products from conception to market, with strong executive presence and a track record in payer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product, strategy, or general management, with a demonstrated track record of launching new products or new businesses into market from an early stage.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end strategy for Galaxy, Innovaccer's payer solution, including AI-first roadmap and market expansion.
• Lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering, data science, design, and clinical operations.
• Own the go-to-market plan, be the lead seller in strategic deals, and closely partner with sales and marketing.
• Own key metrics: pipeline, bookings, and product adoption, with clear accountability.
