Job summary

Innovaccer seeks a product leader to own strategy, roadmap, and cross-team execution for the prior authorization connectivity pillar, including EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner), payer connectivity, and document exchange.

You will define success metrics, drive a prioritized roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams from discovery through go-to-market. This executive-facing role requires strong stakeholder management and domain expertise.

Qualifications

Experience implementing and supporting prior authorization automation solutions for provider health systems.
Background in prior authorization, revenue cycle, or payer connectivity.
3+ years in software product management with end-to-end ownership and cross-team accountability.
Hands-on experience with Epic prior authorization integrations (X12 278) and working command of FHIR, CDS Hooks, and Da Vinci implementation guides.
Track record of directing or closely partnering with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver product outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own and direct the roadmap for the product’s connectivity pillar: EHR integrations, payer connectivity, and document exchange.
Set priorities for cross-functional teams and act as directing product authority for this domain.
Direct executive-facing ownership of customer-facing connectivity outcomes and translate requirements into roadmap commitments.
Define technical and product standards for data interfaces (X12 278, FHIR API, CDS Hooks, Da Vinci) across EHRs including Epic and Cerner.
Coordinate go-to-market plans with Product Marketing and Sales for new connectivity capabilities.
