Job summary

Cytokinetics, Inc. is seeking a senior Business Insights and Analytics lead to partner with Value & Access, Treatment Experience, and Trade & Distribution. You will own payer and patient analytics roadmaps, build scalable measurement, and deliver dashboards that inform in-line and pre-launch strategies.

The role requires advanced analytics skills, cross-functional influence, and the ability to communicate complex insights to executives. Prior pharma payer experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field with 7+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical analytics.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree with 10+ years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Frame key business questions as analytical problems and align to brand objectives.
• Analyze payer, access, and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and deploy measurement frameworks and analytics from requirements to production.
• Lead payer/access analytics focusing on patient pathways and operations.
• Deliver insights via dashboards and self-service tools for executives.
