Job summary

Cytokinetics Incorporated is seeking a senior analyst to own payer, access and patient experience analytics within the Commercial Insights & Analytics team. You will build measurement frameworks, partner with Value & Access, Patient Experience & Operations, Trade & Distribution, and Finance, and deliver scalable insights across systems and platforms.

Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, CS, Data Science, or related field with 7+ years hands-on pharma analytics.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, notebooks (Jupyter/Colab) and cloud IDEs such as Databricks/Snowflake/BigQuery.
BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) to translate outputs into executive insights.
Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial functions and data environments.
Excellent communication and cross-functional influence; proven leadership of analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Act as a direct strategic partner to key stakeholders framing business questions as analyzable problems.
Design measurement studies and analytics solutions for payer, access, patient journey, and trade data.
Lead dashboards and self-service tools with BI/IT to scale insights across the organization.
Translate analytical results into narratives that drive commercial plans and actions.
