Job summary

You will join the Business Insights and Analytics team to deliver measurement and analytics across payer, access, patient services, trade, and distribution to drive business decisions.

The role requires deep payer and operations analytics experience, strong cross-functional partnership, and the ability to communicate complex insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field with 7+ years of pharma analytics experience or a BA/BS with 10+ years in similar roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, notebooks (Jupyter, Hex, CoLab, or similar), and cloud IDEs (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar).
• BI tools (Tableau or Power BI) to translate analytics into actionable insights for executives.
• Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial functions and related data/tech environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing analysts, consultants, or offshore analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in Value & Access, Treatment Experience & Patient Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Trade & Distribution to frame business questions as analytics problems.
• Translate business needs into practical measurement plans and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate to assess impact of payer scenarios on demand, revenue, and forecasting.
• Analyze market and internal data to identify trends and optimization opportunities for in-line and pre-launch brands.
• Own payer mix models to evaluate coverage and mix effects on forecasts.
• Design and deploy measurement frameworks, studies, and predictive capabilities with Data Science partners.
• Develop dashboards and self-service tools; automate recurring reporting for scale.
• Translate analytics into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
