Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Insights, Patient & Access Analytics to lead the analytics strategy across the UPLIZNA portfolio. You will partner with Patient Services, Brand, Market Access, Sales, and Data Strategy to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and actionable insights.

You will translate complex questions into structured analytical plans, oversee dashboards, and drive alignment across a matrixed organization to inform brand decisions and patient access strategies.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors with analytics/sales ops experience.
• Ability to translate complex questions into structured analytics approaches.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
