Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Senior Director to establish and lead US Payer Analytics, translating payer and claims data into strategic insights that shape access strategies and maximize commercial performance. You will work with Strategic Market Access, Payer Channel Marketing, and Market Access Accounts to align analytics with business goals.

The role requires 15+ years in pharma analytics, deep US payer expertise, and the ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmacy, payer, or healthcare analytics.
• Deep understanding of US payer landscape including commercial health plans, PBMs, IDNs, GPOs, SPs, HCOs.

Responsibilities

• Establish the long-term vision, roadmap, and operating model for US Payer Analytics.
• Lead US I&A leadership integration for market access insights with commercial priorities.
• Develop scalable analytics, dashboards, and data infrastructure for payer decision making.
• Create KPI frameworks for market access performance and track trends.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to improve payer data availability and quality.
• Provide analytics supporting market access strategy and opportunities/risks including formulary positioning and coverage evolution.
• Develop payer-level analytics (Health plan, PBM, IDN, Regional) and reimbursement analytics (PA approvals, denials, appeals).
• Oversee team objectives, performance reviews, and employee development.
