Job summary

EZCORP, Inc. is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) for the Houston, TX area. Earn $14.00–$16.00 per hour based on experience in a dynamic pawn retail setting.

You will lead store operations, coach team members, process loans, and enhance customer service while building community relationships in a fast-paced environment. A clear career path includes advancement into management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/leadership experience (e.g., shift lead, key holder).
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus (tools, jewelry, electronics, etc.).
• Sales background is a plus.
• Health insurance is offered with BlueCross BlueShield EPO plan; TM-only medical cost is not charged.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales and pawns.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms for pawned items.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures timely and accurately.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members to meet targets and standards.
• Foster a friendly, respectful environment that differentiates EZPAWN from competitors.
